Q1: Can the power station be charged while using it? A: Yes, it supports pass-through charging.

Q2: What devices can the power station charge? A: The AC output port can only charge or power devices that operate at less than 1500W.

Q3: How long can the power station charge my devices via the AC port? A: Device run time = 1229Wh * 0.8 / operating wattage of your device. (Applicable for devices greater than 200W)

Q4: Why does the power station's battery drain even when no devices are connected? A: When the AC and car socket control button is turned on, even if no devices are being charged, there will still be a certain amount of no-load power consumption. To avoid this, make sure the AC and car socket charging button is turned off or turn on Power Saving mode when you're not using the power station.

Q5: How should you store and maintain your product? 1. To preserve the battery lifespan, recharge it to 100% after every use. 2. Turn on Power Saving Mode and turn off all the buttons on PowerHouse. 3. We recommend recharging it 100% every month.
